Finati and Petrin is a store established in Udine, Italy, in the early 1930s by the Petrin family. The goal of the business, started by my great-grandfather Florindo and then managed by my grandfather Luigino, my father Francesco and finally by me Alberto, has been from the beginning to enhance the products of the area focusing particularly on artisanal cheeses from our territory and over the years also from Italy and abroad.
